Ingredients
- 1 servingthin soup noodles (dry works)
- ginger
- garlic
- 4 ozground pork
- 6 oznapa cabbage, chopped
- scallions, cilantro, or spicy bamboo shoots (toppings)
- 2.75 cupschicken broth
- 2 tbsplight soy sauce
- ¼ tspdark soy sauce
- ¼ tspsugar
Instructions

Cook pork in a pan, then add napa cabbage and cook until soft.

Add broth, light soy, dark soy, and sugar into the leftover oil from the pork. Bring to a simmer.

Cook noodles separately and add to bowls. Pour soup and toppings over.
