Ingredients

  • 1 servingthin soup noodles (dry works)
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • 4 ozground pork
  • 6 oznapa cabbage, chopped
  • scallions, cilantro, or spicy bamboo shoots (toppings)
  • 2.75 cupschicken broth
  • 2 tbsplight soy sauce
  • ¼ tspdark soy sauce
  • ¼ tspsugar

Instructions

    Cook pork in a pan, then add napa cabbage and cook until soft.

    Add broth, light soy, dark soy, and sugar into the leftover oil from the pork. Bring to a simmer.

    Cook noodles separately and add to bowls. Pour soup and toppings over.
