Ingredients
- 100 gsoba noodles
- ½ tbspsesame seeds
- 1 tspcrushed red peppers
- 1 tbspsesame oil
- 1 tspvegetable oil
- salt to taste
- 1green onion, finely chopped
- cilantro to taste
- 1 tbsphoney
- 1½ tbspsoy sauce
Instructions

Heat sesame oil and vegetable oil in a saucepan. Add sesame seeds and crushed red pepper and cook over low heat until fragrant.

Remove from heat and mix in honey and soy sauce.

Cook soba per package instructions. Immediately chill in ice water.

Drain soba and toss with sauce, green onion, and cilantro.
