Ingredients

  • 3 tbspoil
  • 2 tbspground cumin
  • 1 tbspcrushed red pepper
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspcornstarch
  • 2 tspsesame oil
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1¼ lbslamb, thinly sliced
  • 1 largeonion, thickly sliced
  • 2scallions
  • ½ cupcilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cupchicken broth

Instructions

    Combine 2 tbsp oil, cumin, red pepper, soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, sugar, lamb, and onion. Marinate for 15 minutes.

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a very hot wok. Stir-fry on high heat for about 10 minutes.

    Add chicken broth and cook until evaporated, about 2 minutes.

    Remove from heat and garnish with scallions and cilantro.
