Ingredients
- 3 tbspoil
- 2 tbspground cumin
- 1 tbspcrushed red pepper
- 1 tbspsoy sauce
- 1 tbspcornstarch
- 2 tspsesame oil
- 1 tspsugar
- 1¼ lbslamb, thinly sliced
- 1 largeonion, thickly sliced
- 2scallions
- ½ cupcilantro, chopped
- ¼ cupchicken broth

Combine 2 tbsp oil, cumin, red pepper, soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, sugar, lamb, and onion. Marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a very hot wok. Stir-fry on high heat for about 10 minutes.

Add chicken broth and cook until evaporated, about 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and garnish with scallions and cilantro.
