- black pepper
- 1 tbspapple cider vinegar

Marinade
- 1 lbpork, thinly sliced
- 1 tbspsugar
- 2 tbspsoy sauce
Stir Fry
- 2 clovesgarlic
- 1/2onion, sliced
- 3scallions, cut into 2-inch chunks
Garnish

Mix together gochujang, gochugaru, mirin, simple syrup, black pepper, vinegar, sesame oil, and oyster sauce to make the sauce.

Marinate pork with sugar and soy sauce for at least 15 minutes.
