Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice
  • ¼onion, minced
  • 4 tbsptomato paste
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1 tspchicken bouillon powder
  • 1 tbspoil

Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add rice and stir until golden brown.

    Add minced onion and cook for 1 minute.

    Stir in tomato paste, water, and chicken bouillon powder.

    Cover and cook over low heat for 15–18 minutes, until water is absorbed.
