Ingredients

- 200 mlwater
- 3 gkombu
- 3 tbsprice vinegar
- ½ tbspsugar
- ½ tspsalt

Wash rice until water runs clear, about 5-7 rinses.

Soak rice for 30 minutes.

Cook rice with water and kombu.

Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt to make sushi vinegar.
