Ingredients

  • 200 gsushi rice
  • 200 mlwater
  • 3 gkombu
  • 3 tbsprice vinegar
  • ½ tbspsugar
  • ½ tspsalt

Instructions

    Wash rice until water runs clear, about 5-7 rinses.

    Soak rice for 30 minutes.

    Cook rice with water and kombu.

    Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt to make sushi vinegar.

    When rice is done, gently fold in the sushi vinegar. Do not overmix.
