Ingredients

  • 1 lbfresh wide flat rice noodles
  • 3 tbspvegetable oil
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • ½ lbfirm tofu
  • 2eggs, beaten
  • broccoli
  • hot sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 2 tbspoyster sauce
  • 2 tbspdark soy sauce
  • 2 tbspwhite vinegar
  • 2 tbspwater
  • 2 tspsoy sauce
  • 1 tspfish sauce

Instructions

    Mix all sauce ingredients together and set aside.

    Heat 1 tbsp oil and fry tofu until golden. Set aside.

    In the same pan, scramble eggs with 1 tbsp oil and set aside.

    Add 1 tbsp oil with garlic, then cook broccoli.

    Add noodles and sauce, cook until noodles are soft.

    Add tofu and eggs, mix briefly, then turn off heat.
