Ingredients

  • 1 cupneutral oil
  • 1 cupsliced onions
  • 1 cupdiced green onions

Instructions

    Heat oil in a saucepan over low heat. Add onions and green onions.

    Fry slowly over low heat until golden brown.

    Strain and reserve both the oil and the fried scallions separately.
